Villa Saraceno is a Renaissance-era villa located in the province of Vicenza, Italy. The villa was designed by architect Andrea Palladio and built between 1548 and 1570 for the Saraceno family. It is one of Palladio's most important works and is admired for its simple yet elegant design and harmonious proportions.
The villa is built in the classical Palladian style, which features a central hall with a dome and flanked by symmetrical wings. It is decorated with frescoes, stucco, and sculptures by some of the greatest artists of the time, including Giovanni Battista Zelotti, Giambattista Albanese, and Alessandro Vittoria.
The Villa Saraceno is now a UNESCO World Heritage site and is open to the public for tours. It is owned by the family who has owned it since it was built and is maintained by the family and the Italian Ministry of Culture. Visitors can see the beautiful frescoes, the gardens, and the spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.
